Beta terms of use

Building AgentOS is an invite-only evaluation service. Access may be limited, changed or withdrawn while features, security controls and operating procedures are tested. Accounts may be used only by authorised members of the invited business.

• Keep account credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
• Connect only systems, mailboxes and business records you are authorised to use.
• Review agent classifications, drafts, calculations and recommendations before relying on them.
• Keep appropriate source records and professional, accounting, safety and legal controls outside AgentOS.

Agent outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and are not legal, accounting, engineering, safety or financial advice. AgentOS does not replace professional judgement. External actions occur only where the business has enabled the relevant capability and the displayed permission or approval conditions are satisfied.

Microsoft, Xero, Supabase, OpenAI and other connected services remain governed by their own terms and availability. You authorise Building AgentOS to exchange the data required for the workflows and permissions you enable.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with another tenant, or use AgentOS to send deceptive, abusive or unauthorised communications.

The beta is supplied on an evaluation basis and may contain defects or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the beta will be uninterrupted or suitable for a particular commercial outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

You or Building AgentOS may end beta participation. Business Administrators can request export, offboarding or deletion review from Business Settings. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy policy and applicable retention obligations.
