Beta terms of use

These terms apply when an invited business or its authorised user accesses Building AgentOS. By using the beta, the business confirms that the user is authorised to act for it and agrees to these terms and any written beta conditions supplied with the invitation. If there is a conflict, the specifically agreed written beta conditions take priority.

The beta is an evaluation service. Available features, capacity and support may change as controls are tested. Any fee, trial limit or payment obligation must be separately disclosed and agreed in writing; these terms do not create an undisclosed payment obligation.

• Keep account credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
• Connect only systems, mailboxes and business records the business is authorised to use.
• Configure roles and agent permissions appropriately for each team member.
• Review agent classifications, drafts, calculations and recommendations before relying on them.
• Keep appropriate source records and professional, accounting, safety and legal controls outside AgentOS.

The invited business retains its rights in information it supplies or connects. It authorises Building AgentOS and its service providers to host, copy, process and transmit that information only as reasonably required to provide, secure, support and improve the beta under the Privacy policy. The business is responsible for having authority to supply information about its workers, clients, suppliers and other people.

Agent outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and are not legal, accounting, engineering, safety or financial advice. AgentOS does not replace professional judgement. External actions occur only where the business has enabled the relevant capability and the displayed permission, confidence and approval conditions are satisfied.

Microsoft, Xero, Supabase, OpenAI and other connected services remain governed by their own terms, security controls and availability. The business authorises the exchange of data required for the workflows and permissions it enables. Building AgentOS will not deliberately broaden an integration’s access beyond the configured workflow.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with another tenant, test security without written permission, or use AgentOS to send deceptive, abusive or unauthorised communications.

The beta may contain defects or experience interruptions. Building AgentOS will use reasonable care in operating the beta but does not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular commercial outcome. Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its own unlawful conduct, negligence or breach. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access may be suspended immediately where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, material misuse or risk to another tenant. Otherwise, reasonable notice will be given before materially reducing or ending an active business’s beta access where practicable. The business may stop participating at any time and can request an export, offboarding or deletion review from Business Settings. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy policy and applicable retention obligations.

The current terms are published on this page. Material changes affecting an active beta business will be communicated through the service or its nominated contact before they take effect where reasonably practicable. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance; a business that does not agree may stop using the beta and request offboarding.
