Controlled beta
Privacy policy
Last updated 3 August 2026
What this policy covers
Building AgentOS is an invite-only beta for construction businesses. This policy explains how information is handled when a business requests access, creates an account, connects an integration or uses an AgentOS workflow.
Information we handle
- Account, company and team details supplied during access and onboarding.
- Job, cashflow, invoice, supplier, client, task, variation and site diary records entered or connected by an authorised user.
- Email metadata, message content and attachments made available through an authorised Microsoft connection.
- Voice notes, photos, generated summaries, user corrections, approvals and audit events.
- Technical, security and usage information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the beta.
Why we use it
We use information to provide the requested beta workflows, authenticate users, operate authorised integrations, generate agent suggestions, apply user-approved actions, prevent abuse, provide support and improve reliability. Agent suggestions may be processed by configured AI providers, but external actions remain subject to the permissions and approval settings shown in the product.
Service providers and overseas processing
Building AgentOS relies on service providers including Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Microsoft, Xero and the configured email-delivery provider. Information may be processed in locations outside Australia under those providers’ security and contractual controls.
Access, retention and deletion
Business Administrators can export supported business records and submit an offboarding or deletion-review request from Business Settings. Requests are manually reviewed so legal, accounting, safety and backup-retention obligations can be considered before deletion. Beta data is retained only while required to operate the service, meet those obligations or resolve an active support/security issue.
Security and privacy requests
Do not include passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive records in a support request. Contact the representative who issued your beta invitation, or use the beta access form and start the notes field with “Privacy request” or “Security report”.
