Security and support

Building AgentOS uses invite-only accounts, business-scoped access, row-level tenant isolation, server-side integration credentials, action permissions, rate limits and audit events to protect beta data.

Report a security or privacy concern

Contact the person who issued your beta invitation. If that is not possible, use the beta access form and begin the notes with “Security report” or “Privacy request”. Do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens or full sensitive documents.

When reporting an issue

  • Describe what happened and the affected page or workflow.
  • Include the approximate time and business account, without unnecessary personal data.
  • Stop using a connected integration if you believe its credentials are compromised.
  • Allow the beta team to preserve audit evidence before records are changed or removed.
